  1. The form below is updated daily/weekly based on catch and availability. To order, simply insert the desired quantity of each catch and hit the submit button. If a particular catch is grayed out or otherwise unchangeable, either supply has been exhausted or that catch is currently not in season.
  2. Upon submission of this order form, you will be directed to a Market Selection Page. We will bring your order to the market you designate for delivery.
  3. The last step in the order process will be to enter an email address for order receipt, along with your name and any special instructions. You will instantly receive a confirmation of your order via email.

We have just recently sourced the top caviar distributor who has a great selection of high quality roe. Ranging from your flavored tobikos to the Caspian Sea Sturgeon we have all grades and types. The German Trout roe is a burst of flavor and the paddlefish is the perfect crisp buttery caviar for someone wanting to enjoy experience without spending a fortune. These fish are starting to show up. This dense white meat is great for many uses. We have had several sales of these that have gone to sashimi and ceviche dishes.

These ocean beauties were once thrown back but they have now been discovered and are a delicacy at many fine restaurants. These fish are plentiful offshore from Southport near Frying Pan Tower reef. We have a boat that catches plenty of these and we always have steady supply.

We have some really nice black bass this month and we will have them gutted for you to preserve the shelf life. Offer these whole for an interesting dish. We can help grade each fish to get you the exact sizes you need.

These loins look beautiful this week. They were cut off 70-90 pound fish and look beautiful.

We are currently getting these fillets from Costa Rica and North Carolina and we have an excellent source. These are fresh skin on fillets and our source is consistent.

NC Speckled Trout (when available - ask) ($10.95/lb fillet or $9.95/lb with 5 lb order) / North Carolina Sources
It is Speckled Trout season and we have been getting good numbers of these almost every other week depending on the winds. These fish are from the Lockwood Folly River.

Tuna is in season so we have steady supply of these local fish.

Another popular favorite is this deep water bottom fish. Its firm texture and almost flavorless taste makes it an excellent candidate for a quick marinade and grilling or baking.

We offer these local fish whole in the 1-2# and 2-4# range gutted on the boat. We provide them scaled just prior to delivery for no additional cost.

NC Hogfish (when available - ask)($16.95/lb or $15.95/lb with 5 lb order) / North Carolina Sources
We get these deepwater fish from our dive boat and they are spear shot in head with bullet head arrows. This method of fishing delivers the highest quality meat. The less stress the fish endures the more tender the meat. These fish also feed on rock lobsters and crabs making a distinctive taste.

These fish are a rare catch this time of year but we have seen several. The fish have been sized in the mid 30# range and offer nice thick fillets.

Currently we have steady stocks of these fish from 7-40 pounds and many times we get them from the dive boat.

Get healthy in 2009!! These salmon come from Admiral Fish Farms in the Bay of Fundy in Canada's cold waters. The quality of these salmon far surpasses any other we have seen.

Local Scamp Grouper (when available - ask) ($18.95/lb or $17.95/lb with 5 lb order) / North Carolina Sources
These local delicacies remain pricey for their rarity. They are the prized grouper in these waters and most argue that this is the best tasting grouper, when you can get them.

Local Mutton Snapper (when available - ask) ($13.5/lb or $12.5/lb with 5 lb order) / Sources Vary
This is a great economical choice that will sell nicely as a special.

East & West Coast Halibut Fillet ($18/lb or $17/lb with 5 lb order) / Sources Vary
These JUMBO flat fish are of the highest quality. Flown in fresh each day, these fish are carefully processed into thick, rich fillets. Perfect for broiling, grilling or saute. Season just opened.

NC King Mackerel Fillet ($13/lb or $12/lb with 5 lb order) / NC Sources Vary
These fish are caught in the 5-10# range and are excellent for grilling or broiling. Mackerel has the highest Omega 3s of any salt water fish. The smaller fish are the most healthy with the lowest mercury levels.

Wild Large Striped Bass (Rockfish) (when available - ask) ($15.5/lb or $14.5/lb with 5 lb order) / North Carolina and Virginia Sources
These large fish are coming from Chesapeake Bay area VA. They have been from 10-30 pound range. These thick fish are a great surprise on any menu.

We sell these local white shrimp fresh and frozen. Most of these shrimp come from our boats. Peak season is May through November.
